We do not issue refunds once an order is processed. Returns are available strictly for defective products only. If you find a defect, kindly inform us within 2 days of receiving your Beanology Bag so we can provide a one-to-one exchange of your cover.

Once a Beanology Bag has been shipped out, you will not be able to change any details of your order. However, if you made a mistake while ordering, do contact us immediately and we will do our best to make the amendments before shipping.
